Received a text and email to schedule my interview very quickly after applying. Went for an in person interview and it didn't seem like they have reviewed my resume. Interview was really brief because I realized it was a sales position which isn't clear from the job posting.

Interview
Had two interviews. Friendly and professional, transparent. First interview was held over a zoom call. They claimed this part of the process was to feel out my personality. I moved on to the second interview in person. Here they dug deeper into my experience to see if I was a good fit. Willie explained their 6 month program, emphasizing my ability to move up very quickly.

Interview
Extremely short. Frustrating that I had to drive over an hour for a 7 minute interview and then a 25 minute interview. However, the people there are awesome and the interview process is extremely laid back.
