Davenport & Company interview questions

Phone call with both senior employees through zoom for the first part of the interview process. That was followed by a half day meet and greet in person as well as an excel test for the 2nd part. For the meet and greet they invite you in office and you get to talk with everyone in the office and see how the company is and how their work is throughout the day.

5 people board room style. each one asks you a questions. it was about an hour long. not too unreasonable. a bit intimidating however. I would certainly suggest professional dress. they may be more casually dressed on the business casual side.
