Extremely unprofessional .
They r only looking for someone who has a big network so they can let you sell to your own friends and family .
They posted on university site looking for grad students promissing a 3 year training program.
As soon as she found out I don't have to many local contact she wasn't interested anymore .
Although greencard holder ,she said they ONLY HIRE US Citizen ! Greencard holder can not work there because you might lose your greencard?
This is extremely racist and perhaps ILLEGAL?!
They obviously only want to use the new hire for their connections. I don't believe this is a professional financial firm and highly suggest other candidates to think twice . There are so many professional firms out here and I wouldn't waste my time .
So also wasn't prepared for the interview as she obvisouly didn't read my resume .as she was asking silly questions .

I was shocked how unprofessional this interview was. I've never seen anything like this before.
The first thing this lady wanted to know was how many friend n family, contacts I had here.She didnt even took the time to introduce herself or the company/ job.
they advertised for a 3 year training program for grad students. so how can they expect you to have a book of business?
Once she found they cannot use my contacts to make money, the conversation was almost over.
Looks like she didn't review my resume at all prior interview, as she asked silly questions.
Most shocking was she told me they ONLY hire US CITIZENS, although a green card holder they CAN NOT accept. This is extremely racist and I believe its also illegal.
Very bad experience, because rude and unprofessional.
They obviously are not a professional financial firm, they just want to use new employees for their contacts . So I advice anyone to apply for a serious financial planning firm, or other financial institution. All the best! Hope this review could be helpful to someone, so they don`t need to waste their time.
