Comprehensive and thorough- a lot of questions about culture fit in addition to skill set and values. Met with at least 3 people very quickly and process was efficient and not drawn out.
I Interviewed for a marketing position. The initial stages moved quickly, and I completed a second-round interview. After that, all communication ceased. Despite following up with HR, I received no response or closure.
I completely understand if I wasn’t a good fit for the role, but please respect candidates' time. If an applicant dedicates hours to your multi-round interview process, the bare minimum requirement is a standard rejection email. Leaving people in limbo is unprofessional and harms your brand, especially when we are your ultimate customer.
