I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Daxko in Jan 2017
Interview
I got an email stating that they were interested in starting the interview process with me. There were two parts to the process: completing a written assignment where I would be pretending to respond to a disgruntled customer AND completing a video interview through Spark Hire. Both parts of the interview had to be completed within 5 days of receiving the email.

Other Customer Success Advocate interview reviews for Daxko
After submitting my initial application, I was asked to do an asynchronous video interview as well as an assessment/test that focused on logic and problem solving. After those were reviewed I was invited to do an in-person interview with the team - I was able to speak with multiple people at different levels in the company and it gave me a lot of perspective and insight into the position. I was nervous at first but after finishing that interview I felt really confident because it allowed me to really get to know everyone I talked to!
