I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Daxko (Birmingham, AL) in Nov 2016
Interview
1. Daxko People Team (HR) member reached out to me on LinkedIn
2. Filled out application online and included my resume
3. 1 way video interview with 10+ questions with 3 attempts per question
4. Interview with Team Lead and department head
5. Peer interview and brainstorming session (not a presentation!)
6. Phone interview with VP of Services
7. Offer (but the offer is contingent upon passing the...)
8. Background check (conducted by a 3rd party and they really call all your references so choose wisely!)
After submitting my initial application, I was asked to do an asynchronous video interview as well as an assessment/test that focused on logic and problem solving. After those were reviewed I was invited to do an in-person interview with the team - I was able to speak with multiple people at different levels in the company and it gave me a lot of perspective and insight into the position. I was nervous at first but after finishing that interview I felt really confident because it allowed me to really get to know everyone I talked to!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Daxko in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview took place via a website where you record your answers to a set of standard interview questions. You are able to take time to think of your answer and do retakes if necessary. The platform itself is cool, but the process felt impersonal and very automated.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Daxko (Birmingham, AL) in July 2019
Interview
2-3 hour process that included multiple interviews (one being a peer interview), shadowing, and a tour of the office. The last interview happened after shadowing and the tour which allowed them to ask questions more specific to the role.
