Applied online, got a call the following day. Met with HR and had a f2f interview. Everyone in the building was pleasant and I was constantly asked if I wanted coffee. After the initial interview I had a second interview 2 days later and one of the residents sat in. The resident was wonderful and asked me a few questions, she suggested I be hired and I was.
