Complete disregard of candidate. After specifically avoiding my preferred hours for the interviewing process, everything goes "well" and then they say the tech interview was a success and I just need to have a call with the manager on monday. Again, they pick an hour before my preferred interval, only to call me 20 minutes before the interview to say that they are no longer looking for a candidate. Absolute waste of time.
