De Rito Partners Development Manager interview questions

This was a very straight forward interview process. I submitted my resume, was contacted quickly, and an interview time was established. The direct supervisor conducted the interview. The format was a discussion about the role, company, culture, and and how I would fit into that. The manager was very candid with me about the company culture, and I left with a description of what the next steps were internally. The described timeline came and went, and I never received a response to my follow up.
