The interview process was very smooth! My interviewee was very communicative about what the process would look like from the get-go, so I knew exactly what to expect. Moreover, there were no surprises about what would be expected from me in this position -- going into it, I was informed of the schedule, the workload, pay expectations, and who I would be reporting to. At every stage after, with each different interviewer, there were also no surprises as to the questions I was going to be asked; mostly, it was getting to know the people I would be working with and what they would need from me to do my job successfully. All in all, I would say it was a very smooth process!
