Dean Sunshine Textiles interview questions

You sit in a weirdly decorated room that is between reception and the kitchen. Staff unlock the door and walk through while you're mid conversation. There was 3 people interview me... more so tell me how the business works and argue between themselves. Then you're given a tour around the building and introduced to people. Reception then call a few hours later and offer you the job. To my surprise there is no contract paperwork to go over or sign which should of been a red flag.
