Approached on LinkedIn, phone screening, HR interview, technical interview with hiring manager. Big gaps between steps without much communication. It took HR over a month to get feedback on my application from the team. Good HR pitch which made the company sound exciting. Unfortunately, that didn't transfer well into the technical interview.
