Deciphera Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Applied via the career website in early 2025. Received a call from the recruiter and phone screened. Scheduled a call with the hiring manager which went very well. During the call, was told that they would set up a next round of interviews but to have patience as they needed to coordinate internally. Despite follow ups, was ghosted with no responses.
