4 stage interview process: Initial technical screening call, CV-based compentency questions, meeting with the CSO and final meeting with the Head of People. Initially applied for a data scientist position but a new role was created owing to software development background. There was no technical test or take-away assessment. One of the interviewers seemed disinterested and bored on the first two calls. The final interview was awkward as the proposed salary was absurdly low for a seniour position.
