      CSA Interview

      15 Mar 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Arlington, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Decision Analyst (Arlington, TX) in Apr 2016

      Interview

Went through 2 rounds of interviews meeting with different executives and team leaders. The interview was more like a conversation rather than questions and answers. They also give you this outdated personality test from like the 80's. Don't know if it's actually looked at or used to see which team you would be a good fit for, but it's was something different and interesting to do.
