Interview
I was contacted by the company about the position. They gave me a half hour social interview, a couple days later, I had 90 minute technical interview with two developers (one the future manager) and a few days short conversation with the CEO. Everyone was incredibly nice and made the interview process enjoyable (weird, I know).
