First round was a call with a very nice person, was very engaging. Second it was passed to a more senior person who was could not speak English at very well, nice person, but English was very limited,so the process was more tedious, so this was not very good.
I passed this round, and then the final third round was passed to the Chief Revenue Officer who is a very young inexperienced leader, but as she was sitting on an exotic beach island conducting her interview and the questions were vague and when the answers were provided, she did not seem to comprehend, and as such, this did not give the impression the company was not serious enough as the Chief Revenue Officer and her CEO in Israel did not have much or any experience in running companies efficiently. The CEO also contacted me after threats for submitting a review that was accepted and later removed because of interference.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Barcelona) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was very clear, smooth and nice, I enjoyed it, they were always providing feedback and answering pretty quick. There should be more companies following the same processes. All the people involved in the interviews were extremely nice.

Interview
Deel's interview process was very quick and smooth. First one was a 30 min call with the HR, second was a 30 min call with the director of sales, third one was a mock call with the same director of sales. All the people I met were very friendly and they seemed like they really wanted you to do well in your interviews.

Question 1
1. Why Deel?
2. Tell me about your greatest success in your sales career
3. Tell me about your greatest failure in your sales career
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in July 2024
Interview
I had a first hr interview, then a written task and a loom video recording. I had then a call with 2 SDR managers (role play included), a call with an AE, and the final interview with the EMEA directors.
communication with HR has always been fast and amazing for the attention given. I talked to the recruiter (very approachable) by phone, WhatsApp, email ... Francisco Caballero is a great HR professional.
the only negative note, is that when I got to the end of the process, they informed me that the feedback was positive, but they decided to reorganize internally rather, and to stop hiring someone from outside for this position.
