Nice 15 minute chat, followed up by a test which was to source 10 candidates for 2 of their live, active roles. I have been in recruitment for a long time and hadn't interviewed for a few years so stupidly did it. I didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks until I received an automated email saying the role is now closed, which means it's likely they are using candidates to do free sourcing for them. Such a shame as even a personalised email would have been great if I wasn't a fit at least, but getting people to source 10 candidates for you after a 15 min chat is morally wrong, and really bad recruitment practice.
