In the beginning, the communication was great between the hiring managers and the recruiter. The process ended up taking almost 2 months as the managers calendars were booked 1-2 weeks out. After a very intensive mock demo I received great feedback. About a week after I recieved an automated email saying they were not moving forward with my application. I reached out to both the recruiter and hiring manager multiple times asking for a quick phone call on feedback to leverage for other interviews. All of which were completely ignored. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as I had put so much time into each interview and to not even provide short feedback was shocking to me. All in all I am glad I did not get the job as it seems they dont value anyones time.
