They do an initial HR interview and then give you a take-home analytics challenge. I thought I was incredibly thorough but I received an auto-rejection e-mail shortly after submitting the analytics.

Interview
The process consists of top many stages. At least 2 can be removed. Live task that does not make sense, the way it is initially explained is fine, but in reality it is very poorly prepared. Recruiters are good.
TA (Classic easy-going screening process, polite and straightforward)> Hiring manager (He will present you with a world problem that you have to resolve, such as ) > Stakeholders > High management

Interview
The process is very long with no real reaso. I engaged in discussions with various key stakeholders during the interview process, including Human Resources, two Project Managers, the Head of Project Management, the Head of Product Ownership, and the CEO. Additionally, I dedicated several hours to completing a home task as part of the evaluation.
Questions were repetitive and following this extensive process, I received a response indicating they chose another candidate, which is understandable. However, the lack of feedback or reasons for not being selected is disappointing. It seems reasonable to expect that after investing time in conversations with six different individuals, including the CEO, some constructive feedback would be provided to understand the decision-making process.
