The recruitment process consisted of an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site assessment for selected candidates. I participated in the first technical round remotely. While the process was somewhat unclear, it appeared to be a good match. Unfortunately, I received a generic rejection email after the interview, and despite multiple follow-up emails, I didn't receive any further communication. I was left with some doubts about the fairness and transparency of the recruitment process.
