I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DeepSource in May 2025
Interview
The interview was with a senior recruiter, and unfortunately, it left me with a negative impression. The recruiter’s communication style came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and her questions did not reflect a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. The interaction felt unprofessional and ultimately created a poor image of the company for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DeepSource in July 2022
Interview
The interview process was very good. The expectation from the company on the candidate perspective was clear and to the point. I could go through couple of rounds which gave me good learning.

The first technical round was regarding the projects i had made, they asked me about the way it works and the ins and outs of the tools used (threads).
The second round was a take home assignment which I could finish in a week. Then a small round was to discuss the solution.
The founders round was to get to know each other. I got to know the company and founders' and they got to know me as how i would fit into the company.
All in all, the experience was very positive and everyone was very kind and helpful.
