3. 1-hour call with lead developer and Head of Product, this was more of a technical design interview

Interview
I interviewed through 8 rounds of technical, behavioral, team match interviews over a month. I was rejected because they went with someone internally. The company is extremely disorganized and discriminates based on race and gender in their hiring. Not worth it, complete waste of time.
