Submitted CV and competency based questions online. Received an interview within 3 weeks of application closing. Interview consisted of a panel of three, all were very polite and encouraging helping to draw out the terms and answers you wanted to give. They asked some competency questions, and asked about my degree research project. The technical questions were focused around my research project.
