Interview was relaxed and non-confrontational, I had one "HUGE" Interview with the General Manager he was completely organized and asked a lot about past work related issues and how I reacted and ultimately solved them. He also stated that according to my resume I had little safety experience, he stated he had looked over my resume and had talked to my past employers and references and found that with all my past experiences I should do a wonderful job for them.
