Received a 1st Round Phone interview with a senior hiring manager/consultant who has been in the life sciences consulting industry for ~30 years. ~90-100 minutes. The whole gamut of behavioural questions, but in a very friendly manner. You will enjoy it. 2nd Round phone interview with senior consultant for another 30 minutes. General questions about science and interest in consulting. 3rd & Final Round Onsite. Whole day. Written Case. Materials given a day/two early. Then on the day of the interview, first a discussion with the manager/senior consultant abt the problem and your objective.I was given a room and a computer to work with and was to draft a proposal by the end of the day. Throughout the day other consultants would come in and talk to me. Great experience. All in all this was a great firm to interview with. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in you and they WILL NOT ask you to come for the final round unless they are actually sure you fit the position.

Initial 30 minute phone interview with potential manager followed by 30 minute phone interview with the CEO. Final interview was full day on-site case: an opportunity assessment of a drug in clinical development. Had computer with internet available and needed to forecast potential sales and create presentation. Throughout the day, different consultants and analysts came into the interview room for a 10 minute introduction. Presented the case study to manager and CEO at the end of the day and answered questions about it.
