El proceso de la entrevista fue muy amigable.
Tuve un primer contacto por correo electronico, luego agendamos una entrevista con el personal de recursos humanos.
Luego tuve que realizar un ejercicio.
A partir de ahi, continue con una segunda entrevista con la manager.
Fue un proceso calido y lindo; tanto la entrevistadora como la manager hicieron del proceso un ambiente comodo.

The interview experience was generally fine, but the communication was disangaged due to the company approach to the candidate. This affected the overall interaction. It also became clear during the conversation that the role was intended for a junior profile, something that was not reflected in the job description. Including the required seniority level upfront would help candidates better assess fit and avoid unnecessary interviews for both sides.

Interview
The recruitment process consisted of five steps in total, but thanks to the recruiter’s timely feedback, everything moved very quickly. I especially appreciated that the interviews felt more like open conversations rather than formal interrogations.
Everyone I spoke with, from HR to the two managers closely connected to the role, was very friendly and transparent. Overall, I really enjoyed the recruitment process and felt that my time was respected and all of my questions were answered clearly.

Question 1
The first interview with HR focused mainly on my background and experience as outlined in my CV. The following interviews with the managers were more in-depth and situational, aiming to better understand my fit for both the role and the company culture.
Examples of topics discussed included:
- Situations where I made a mistake and how I handled it
- How I would approach creating content if starting from scratch with the brand
- Skills I would need to further develop in this role
- The strengths and skills I would bring to the team
