I applied online. I interviewed at Del Grande Dealer Group
Interview
Applied and got an email a couple days later.
3 interviews total. First with the recruiter, then two with sales managers on separate days.
It took a few days after the last interview for them to decide if they wanted to make an offer.

Question 1
Everyone pretty much just wanted to chat and gauge personality. There were a few questions that were repeated like, "why do you want to get into the car business?" There were other general sales experience questions as well, but nothing too difficult.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Del Grande Dealer Group (San Jose, CA) in June 2015
Interview
Got a call, spent 10 minutes with a sales manager, he liked my credentials and hired me.... in this business it's sink or swim. I went to a week long company sales training. The only the job training pretty much sucks. You have to depend on experienced co-workers to really learn the inside outs of this job. If you don't enjoy bs-ing with people and complete chaos at times, you will burn out like I did.
