What a joke! all about who I knew in Delaware and what bank I worked at before. just a ridiculous process and I should have known then about the lack of professionalism and "crony-ism".
Interview with HR followed by 2 timed assessments/aptitude tests that you must score at least a 90% average between them. Standardized test format, reading comprehension, problem solving, simple math.
