Interview
It was a recruitment day, there were lots of people in one room and we had to do a group activity. It was very basic, standard process and they are mainly looking for how you react with other people. Then I had a brief 10 minute interview with someone who works in Boxes just to find out a bit more about me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware North (New York, NY) in Feb 2011

Hired on the spot, there wasn't an interview. Very easy and laid back anyone could have passed this interview. They were desperate to hire people. I do not know if all interviews are conducted in the same way. Ha erer erer erer vfgf vb r tr er
