Delaware Resource Group interview questions

Pretty simple, actually pretty straight forward. Just be prepared. The people interviewing you are knowledgeable employees. Knowing the job your interviewing for is key, so prepare for job specific questions about it but previous/current employment.

Capture and BD's VP attended the interview. Personable and immediately began to describe the divisions' current structure and immediate developments. Provided with a hybrid position incorporating proposal writer and coordinator responsibilities. Before the interview, I requested twice for the salary range and could not be provided with this information. During the interview, I expressed interest in taking the role as long as the compensation matched the scope of responsibility. I was provided an offer letter, which only incorporated the duties of the writer and not the coordinator. I requested clarification and was asked to make a prompt decision. I rejected the offer.
