At the start it was great with the hiring manager, however afterward, the Director seems very uninterested in the whole process, making the interview process very informal and awkward. The director also asked some off-topic question too.

Interview
Went down especially for the interview. Was interviewed for exactly 10 minutes by someone who seemed supremely disinterested and it was written all over her face. I don’t see why one cannot behave professionally. Also I was not allowed to ask questions about my role or the company or not asked “Do you have any questions?” Also asked exactly 4 questions. In these times, if you aren’t serious, maybe just use the zoom platform. Not call someone down to an industrial estate to speak to them dismissively for 10 minutes.
