Submit application, resume, and cover letter. Wait around for them to contact you for an interview. Phone interview first followed by in-person if you make the final pool. Final interview will include several interviews with different employee groups, executives and hiring committee. Questions are mostly process and behavioral.

Interview
To become an Admissions Representative, you'll have to go through three rounds of selection, each lasting 30 minutes. The first two rounds will take place on Zoom. In the first round, they'll introduce you to the responsibilities of an Admissions Representative. The second round is a role-playing exercise, where you'll be given a script and asked to play the part of aN Admissions Rep. The third and final round will be an in-person meeting to discuss your role. The second round is significant, as you'll need to impress the head of the college by successfully hooking the potential lead at the end of the script. Good luck!
