The interview process was very laid back. There were no technical questions, but a lot of character and personal questions in order to get a feel if I would be a fit with the company.

How do you spend your time outside of engineering classes?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Electric Power Association (Cleveland, MS)
Interview
Apply at employment office, No online applications. Actually talked with one of the service area managers about the job. Was called to "Test" for job. Test was actually a "moron test" to weed out the slackers. Then met with general manager to discuss job responsibilities and what is expected if employed.
