Delta Systems Engineering interview questions

Laid back and easy as it gets. Behavior questions mostly. One technical question. CEO and PM will interview you asking about experience and college classes is applicable. Basically told me on the spot on I got the job.

The morning session was a group interview where I did most of the talking. The afternoon session was one on one where I got to ask many questions and did most of the listening. Excellent format. There were standard questions, situational questions, and specific questions for the industry. Some of the specific questions were related to the process of wastewater and control systems. There were a few automation questions as well.
