Applied online, got a reply with their recruiter the same day. Scheduling the call with the recruiter took almost 3 weeks. They rescheduled the actual conversation with the department multiple times to a total of 6 weeks. The conversation (about an hour) went well I've been told, and I was supposed to fill out a form with a couple of questions. Got a standard message back another 6 weeks later that they're not considering me anymore. I asked for feedback, but just got the same standard response again.
