Applied on council website, invited to interview where I had to give a presentation on the process of judicial review and answer several 3 limb competency questions. It was almost over structured and the two people interviewing were clearly not listening or paying attention. I asked for written feedback and one of them said that I did not cover the process of judicial review, quite funny since they attached my PowerPoint presentation which had flowcharts of the process and several slides explaining the process. The people hiring were also trying to rush me out of the room and seemed rather catty.
