The interview process began as a group interview, overview of the office and office goal. From there an in depth interview application was provided, followed by individual interviews. Once you were selected as a possible candidate, the interviewer was then asked to participate in a KOLBE exam to measure your skills ability, followed by training sessions including spending the day at the office. It was not a simple process, but it was a great interview process because its hard to find good people, but it also makes the decision easier for the candidate.
