2 hour assessment taken -no interview. Said they had too many applicants. Should have closed the job instead of wasting applicants time. Even checked my references. Job is still showing as accepting applicants.

They are extremely thorough with their vetting process ensuring they are hiring the best of the best. The process is lengthy but worth it! There are several phases and steps that you have to complete, but if you know what you are doing it isn't as daunting as it initially seems.
