Got this interview from a recruiter through participating in the 1x1 summer series event. They were very helpful in that and by the end offered to move me along to a real interview. The actual interview consisted of 3 30 min interviews. Everyone who I met was very friendly and down to earth. This was the best interview experience I’ve had.

La entrevista duró aproximadamente 30 minutos y fue realizada por dos personas: una del área de Recursos Humanos y otra del área técnica. Primero realizaron preguntas generales sobre mi experiencia, motivaciones y perfil. Luego hicieron algunas preguntas técnicas relacionadas con Paid Social y marketing digital. También me explicaron el rol, el equipo de trabajo y el horario del puesto (9 a 18 hs). Al finalizar comentaron que enviarían el feedback a un superior para decidir si continuar con el proceso y que me avisarían el resultado.
