Panel of 3 interviewed me, fairly quickly after applying. Interview went well and asked typical questions expected. Tone of interview was very relaxed. Suit and tie for interview was not expected.
the interview process was comprehensive and thorough. i felt like i had the chance to ask a lot of questions and they were able to get a feel for me as well.

Interview
First, I was given a one hour observation to get a feel for the job and environment. Second, I scheduled interview. At the interview I was asked questions about my experience, hypothetical questions about how I would respond to certain aspects of the job, and questions about my philosophy around working with at risk kids.
