After clearing four rounds, I was left waiting for a month to set up the final call with the CEO. Despite my regular follow-up emails, I eventually received a response stating that the headcount for the position had been reduced. This entire process wasted three months of my time and left me in the dark about the status of my application.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deposco
Interview
Initial screening + 3 rounds of interview. General questions, very friendly interviewer, who all are in leadership positions. The company is usually busy so some of them can’t make it on time but recruiters will contact you regarding any late interviews so you’re not blindingly waiting in a zoom chat.
