There were 3 interviews and an assignment. The first was with the recruiter, short and sweet. The 2nd was with a Senior Manager and was a technical interview where I was asked a series of accessibility questions. Then I was provided an assignment to complete as an accessibility review. The 3rd was with a Senior Manager and a Director and it was a culture fit interview. Everyone was so relaxed there was no point where I was nervous except when I realized they would offer me the position, and that was nervous excitement.

I had submitted my cover letter and resume to the email address and then a few days later ended up using the online process and got a call much sooner that way. I hadn an initial screening call, an hour and a half technical interview, and a final interterview with the direct Hiring Manager.
