There were three interview phases within 7 business days. The first interview was by telephone. The primary objective was to discern if I was willing to work outside of a union environment. Following the initial phone interview there was a second in-person interview. This interview was approximately an hour an a half in duration. Most of the questions were based on management theory, but were fairly straightforward. The third interview was in-person with additional interviewers on the phone. This interview was about two hours in length. There was a 45 minute segment of multiple choice questions, with most of my answers falling into a category that was not an option.
