After submitting my CV and being selected, I went through a moderately difficult technical coding interview (It wasn't live, they send me the requirements and I completed and submitted). After passing this stage, I had a to answer a lot of questions about my soft skills, and past experiences

They asked a lot of questions about "What would you do in this scenario". I'm guessing it's just to test what I would do in specific real world scenarios
Online and phone rounds . Online was done with pair programming .
phone rounds done with mngrs and other people .the questionaire was a waste of time . Last you will have hr round also.

Was too long and took so long to get feedback with very long form to fill . Wasted my time and theres . Supper frustrating, alot of interviews with different people at the same time . No flexibility to work from home
