Initial interview 1 to 1, followed by short tour. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice facilities. Told about benefits and how to link support staff roles with the teaching ethos of the school.

Interview

Interview was over teams as it was during COVID. Couldn’t see their faces but had 2 interviewees. The interview lasted about 15-20 mins and contained quite common interview questions. Interviewees were pleasant enough.
