Provided an example of a work related failure and what was recognized in that example as an opportunity for next time. Then provided several other examples of mistakes and failures both professionally and personally. The focus was less on the actual mistake on more on the ability to be honest that a mistake was made, recognize the failure, and move on and learn from it.
