      Pros

      Unique business model that would have a chance of attracting clients with manufacturing returning from overseas if bridges had not previously been burnt.

      Cons

      A lot of poor decision making and questionable choices led to rounds of layoffs and bankruptcy. Decision making has not improved. Remaining site personnel are leaving.

      The company is great for young engineers who are wiling to learn anything thrown at them or engineers who want to focus on other things in life and only work part-time.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get exact projects that you want to work because you will need to cater to the client's needs.
