Informal interview on a Saturday. 15 people came in did a questionnaire. Very vague questioning. on email before interview. Do you have at least 2 years of Warehousing experience? Yes This employer will consider only local candidates. Are you in Albuquerque, NM? Yes Do you have the following license or certification: insurable driver's license ? Yes We get into the interview after waiting 20+ minutes as a group and they bring up DWIs. Anyone with a DWI within three years can not work there and drive the company vehicles due to insurance. Three individuals actually left the interview because they could not work there. They take us to the warehouse and they have location of paper and envelopes distrubuted around the shelving. They want you to find the items, mark the location and bring the sheet back. Many of the items are marked high and in very small signage. They purposely made a mistake on one item just to see what you would do. Many of us waited until the end to ask about it to see if we could figure it out and we felt penalized.
