DesertMicro interview questions

My first Interview was in June, over the phone, they asked very basic SQL, troubleshooting, and peronal questions. (ie: How do you query a table in SQL, how do you change a value in SQL, How can you get the local IP of a machine, what is RDP, Whats is your experience with computers?) Then radio silence for 6 months. Then i get a call for a second interview. I go in, very similar questions, in a small office with 2 people interviewing me.

With manager and with owner. Owner is slick. Appears professional and competent. The problem is the bad software and the psycho owner. The owner is more interested in taking money than delivering services.
